Announced Ministry of Municipalities and Housing<\/a><\/strong> Highlights of what was included Updated Executive Regulations for White Land Fees<\/a> <\/strong>for the year 2025, which aims to support urban development efforts and stimulate investment in unused land within urban areas.<\/p>\n

1. Fee Rates<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The fee amounts to White land<\/a><\/strong> Up to 10% of the land value, in accordance with urban development priorities; the percentages vary depending on the priority:<\/p>\n

10 % for Highest Priority
\n7.5 % for high priority
\n5 % for medium priority
\n2.5 % for low priority<\/p>\n

As for land located outside the priority zones, no fee is imposed on it, but it is counted toward the total land owned when applying the minimum threshold for areas subject to the fee.<\/p>\n

2. Coverage of all uses<\/span><\/h4>\n

The regulation stipulates that all uses of undeveloped land within approved urban areas are subject to the fee, provided that the actual uses covered by the regulation are determined by a decision of the minister in accordance with the geographical criteria for each city.<\/p>\n

3. Areas Subject to Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The fees apply to land parcels with an area of 5,000 square meters or more, or a combined area of 5,000 square meters or more, if they are owned by a single owner within the city.<\/p>\n
