Issued Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources<\/a><\/strong>, 234,627 Certificate of origin<\/a><\/strong> During the first half of this year, as part of its efforts to support the growth of Saudi non-oil exports, expand the base of domestic exporters, and enhance the competitiveness of domestic products in global markets.<\/p>\n

The number reached Certificates of origin<\/a> <\/strong>41,977 certificates were issued in January, 38,830 in February, followed by 37,689 in March, while the ministry issued 38,219 in April, 40,829 in May, and 37,083 in June.<\/p>\n

The certificate of origin is an essential document that confirms that exported products are of national origin or have acquired national origin status; this enhances the standing of Saudi products in global markets and supports the Kingdom\u2019s economic diversification.<\/p>\n

This service is aimed at industrial facilities, companies, and commercial entities, as well as individuals such as farmers, fishermen, local artisans, and other self-employed individuals.<\/p>\n

The Certificate of Origin includes four main forms: the Certificate of Origin for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, the Certificate of Origin for Arab countries, the unified preferential form for the Arab Gulf States used under free trade agreements, as well as the general form provided in both Arabic and English for countries that do not grant preferential treatment.<\/p>\n

The Ministry offers the option to apply for a certificate of origin electronically through a specialized platform that ensures the swift and accurate issuance of certificates.
