href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/saudimomrah\/status\/1958116807920783628\/photo\/1\">Group housing for individuals<\/a><\/strong> Through the Baladi platform, four initiatives were launched as part of the \u201cMore Beautiful Cities\u201d program to enhance efforts to comprehensively address visual degradation and improve the quality of life in cities during the first half of 2025.<br \/>\nThe ministry explained that it has implemented a package of development projects and programs, including launching the debt portfolio in 15 municipality and raising awareness of the importance of the objections platform in 16 municipality covering 25 services, in addition to reducing the average processing time of objections to only 9 working days compared to 30 days in 2024.<br \/>\nIn the aspect of improving the urban landscape, the monitoring coverage of visual deformation exceeded 90% in major cities after expanding the scope of monitoring, activating the smart attribution engine for monitoring tours in 16 municipality through more than 7,000 field observers, monitoring 8 new elements of visual deformation, in addition to utilizing cleaning contractors to enhance the efficiency of field treatments.<br \/>\nIn terms of developing municipal services, the ministry launched five new qualification services through the \u201cBaladi Aamaal\u201d platform, including: (qualifying engineering offices to issue construction licenses, qualifying engineering offices to issue commercial licenses, qualifying engineering offices to issue collective housing licenses for individuals, qualifying engineering offices to supervise construction licenses, and qualifying engineering offices to supervise excavations).<br \/>\nThe ministry also adopted a list of elections for heads of trades and professions and their deputies, covering more than 130 sects and professions in various regions of the Kingdom, which enhances knowledge and professional empowerment in the urban employment sector, and updated the guide to the health, technical and safety conditions required in collective housing for individuals, which enhances compliance with spatial controls and facilitates licensing requirements.<br \/>\nThe Ministry of Municipalities and Housing emphasized that these achievements are part of its ongoing efforts to raise the efficiency of municipal services, improve the investment environment, and achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in developing cities, empowering national competencies, and enhancing the quality of life in all regions of the
