Saudi Arabia increased significantly during July 2025 compared to the same period last year, as the increase ranged between 4.63% and 5.49%, according to the Building Materials Price Statistics Bulletin issued by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lms.muqawil.org\/\">Saudi Contractors Authority<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Year-on-year price breakdown<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The price of 350K resistant concrete was about 230.15 riyals per meter in July 2025, compared to 219.18 riyals in July 2024, an increase of 5.01%.<br \/>\nThe price of 250K resistant concrete recorded about 209.20 riyals per meter, compared to 199.95 riyals in the same period last year, an increase of 4.63%.<br \/>\nThe price of 350K ordinary concrete reached 220.27 riyals per meter, compared to 208.80 riyals a year ago, an increase of 5,49%.<br \/>\nThe price of 250K plain concrete rose to 200.60 riyals per meter compared to 190.51 riyals, an increase of 5.30%.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Monthly Comparison (July vs. June 2025)<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>350K concrete recorded a slight increase of 0.22%.<br \/>\n250K resistant concrete slumped by 0.10%.<br \/>\n350K plain concrete rose by 0.27%.<br \/>\n250K plain concrete decreased by 0.08%.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Price Highs and Lows<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Prices through 2024:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>December recorded the highest price for 350K concrete at 219.33 riyals, while January was the lowest at 211.97 riyals.<br \/>\nDecember also recorded the highest price for 250K concrete at 199.68 riyals, while January was the lowest at 191.58 riyals.<br \/>\nFor 350K plain concrete, the highest price in December was 210.02 riyals and the lowest in January was 201.41 riyals.<br \/>\nAs for the 250 K ordinary concrete, it recorded the highest level in December at 191.20 riyals and the lowest in January at 182.45 riyals.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Prices in 2025:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>May recorded the highest price for 350K concrete at 230.64 riyals, while February was the lowest at 224.41 riyals.<br \/>\nThe highest price in May was 209.92 riyals, and the lowest in January was 204.36 riyals.<br \/>\nFor 350K plain concrete, May recorded the highest price at 220.71 riyals, while February was the lowest at 214.40 riyals.<br \/>\nAs for 250K plain concrete, it peaked in May at 201.29 riyals, while in February it fell to 195.40
