Procedures for correcting the status of real estate and activities via \u00abBaladi\u00bb platform\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Announced<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/82385\/\"> Municipality of the Holy Capital<\/a> <\/strong>has announced the launch of a call for real estate owners and owners of commercial and industrial activities in Makkah to correct the status of their properties and update their ownership data electronically via <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/balady.gov.sa\/ar\">\u201cMy Country\u201d platform.<\/a><\/strong> The move comes as part of the Real Estate Identity Registration System, which aims to enhance compliance with municipal regulations and organize the city's urban landscape.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Covered Activities and Real Estate<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The decision includes a range of licenses and permits, most notably:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building permits and construction of buildings.<\/li>\n<li>Operating licenses for workshops and warehouses.<\/li>\n<li>Licenses for carpentry, blacksmithing, aluminum, and fabrication factories.<\/li>\n<li>Fencing licenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Correction steps via the platform<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Municipality explained that all procedures will be fully digitized, through simplified steps on the Baladi platform without the need to visit offices. In the absence of a building license, the owner must apply to demolish the building or correct its status in line with the regulations. Also, unlicensed commercial or industrial establishments are required to urgently apply to regularize their status and update their data in accordance with municipal requirements.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Strict measures for violators<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The Municipality has warned that it will apply strict measures against violators, including the closure and removal of unlicensed activities and facilities that operate outside the designated urban area, such as some workshops, warehouses, galleries, blacksmithing and carpentry laboratories.
