The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved Andalus Real Estate Co.\u00a0 <\/span>By offering twenty-one million shares representing 30% of the shares of Al-Andalus Real Estate Company, whose capital is seven hundred million Saudi riyals, where the subscription, which will last for seven days, will take place from 6\/03\/1437H to 12\/03\/1437H.<\/p>\n

According to the CMA's decision, part of the offered shares will be allocated to licensed financial institutions after the completion of the order book building process that will result in determining the share price in the subscription of Andalus Real Estate Company, which operates in the fields of real estate development and investment related to the retail sector, noting that the prospectus will be announced well in advance of the start date of the subscription on the CMA website.\u00bb<\/p>\n
