Governorate in the Makkah region, starting from August 24 until the end of November 27, 2025, corresponding to 6 Jumada al-Akhbar 1447 AH, for a period of 3 months.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry in Jeddah\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The authority explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/71832\/\"> Cadastre<\/a><\/strong> At this stage, the following neighborhoods in Jeddah include the following neighborhoods in Jeddah Governorate: (Al-Rabea neighborhood, Al-Gharbia neighborhood, Al-Abir neighborhood, Al-Beheirat neighborhood, Al-Jazeera neighborhood, Al-Zuhur neighborhood, Al-Zumur neighborhood, Emerald neighborhood, Al-Ghadeer neighborhood, Al-Khaleej neighborhood, Al-Durrah neighborhood, Al-Shuwaidi neighborhood, Al-Baghdadiya Al-Gharbia neighborhood, Al-Amariya neighborhood, Al-Sahifa neighborhood and part of the Islamic Port of Jeddah, Al-Balad \/ 002001117, Balad \/ 002001026, Balad \/ 002001182 and Balad \/ 002001027), explaining that choosing the districts and plans were made according to specific criteria, followed by the announcement on the remaining regions, governorates and neighborhoods that will be subject to property registration works in different parts of the Kingdom in the coming periods.<\/p>\n<p>She pointed out that the first registration of properties in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform https:\/\/rer.sa\/ or through service centers, noting that in-kind registration requires the existence of a title deed that meets the statutory requirements to complete the registration process.<\/p>\n<p>The Authority called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the title deed of the property and the availability of the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, adding that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties specified in the real estate registration system, which is determined by a specialized committee to consider violations, and inquiries about registration steps can be made through the official platforms of the Authority or by calling the customer service center 199002.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from the date set for the start of registration, a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered, and the title deed will include property data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations associated with accurate geospatial information in order to contribute to enhancing infrastructure and sustainability of the real estate sector; the real estate registration system aims to raise real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate
