It also provides a space to network with decision-makers and build meaningful partnerships that contribute to the sector\u2019s growth and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>This year's event features the launch of specialized activities, most notably a financing conference <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/80811\/\">Contractors<\/a> <\/strong>which discusses financing challenges in the market and proposes practical solutions through workshops and panel discussions involving financial institutions and local and international banks, alongside the \u201cContractor to Contractor,\u201d which aims to strengthen cooperation among major contractors while providing small and medium-sized enterprises with greater opportunities to participate in projects and expand their partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Contractors Authority, Mohammed Al-Ajlan, affirmed that the forum has become a pivotal platform for presenting visions and future projects, noting that it embodies the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by supporting local content, empowering the private sector, and enhancing competitiveness, thereby creating a more transparent and sustainable business environment.<\/p>\n<p>As part of its efforts to support national talent, the forum also hosts the National Construction Festival, a competitive educational event targeting students at universities and specialized institutes, in which participants create innovative models using construction techniques within specified time frames and under the supervision of specialized experts.
