White Land Fees<\/a><\/strong>which aims to stimulate urban development and address the issue of land monopolization within cities, is applied according to specific tranches starting from the fifth tranche outside the scope of urban priorities (no fees), up to the first tranche with the highest priority, where the annual fees reach 10% of the land value.<\/p>\n

\nOne year from the date of imposition of the fee, with the possibility of extension as stipulated in the regulation.<\/p>\n

Does the fee include paper or electronic instruments only?<\/strong>
