As for the lands under development, the system gave them a full year from the date of imposing the fee to complete the development work and cancel the invoice, with the possibility of granting an additional deadline according to the approved technical controls.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Scope of application in Riyadh<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The application of fees in the city of Riyadh includes various land uses, whether residential, residential or commercial. Last month, the ministry announced the geographical ranges covered, specifying the rates of fees payable on white lands in order of priority as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>First slide<\/strong> (High Priority): 10% of land value per year.<br \/>\n<strong>Second slide<\/strong> (High Priority): 7.5% of land value per year.<br \/>\n<strong>Third slide<\/strong> (Medium Priority): 5% of land value per year.<br \/>\n<strong>Fourth slide<\/strong> (low priority): 2.5% of land value per year.<br \/>\n<strong>Fifth slide<\/strong> (outside the scope of priorities): There is no annual fee, but it is counted in the total white land owned by the taxpayer within the city limits.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>A step towards a balanced real estate
