The Royal Commission for Riyadh City launched this Thursday, September 11 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rcrc.gov.sa\/01329014-2\/\">\u201cReal Estate Balance\u201d platform\u201d<\/a> dedicated to receiving applications from citizens wishing to obtain residential lands in the city of Riyadh through the platform tawazoun.rcrc.gov.sa. The reception of applications will continue until the end of Thursday, October 23, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The Royal Commission for Riyadh City explained that married citizens or those over the age of 25 can apply for the \u201cReal Estate Balance\u201d platform, provided that there is no previous real estate ownership for the applicant, and that his residence period in Riyadh is not less than three years. With the fulfillment of specific conditions, including not selling, mortgaging or disposing of the land in any form of disposal within 10 years, except for the mortgage for the purposes of financing the construction of that land, and if it is not built within this period, the land will be recovered and its value will be returned to him.<\/p>\n<p>The Authority also emphasized that the priority of registration does not affect the priority of entitlement, and that registration in the platform does not mean automatic acceptance, indicating that the \u201cReal Estate Balance\u201d platform tawazoun.rcrc.gov.sa is the only digital channel for submitting applications, and is not represented by any party or external intermediary, noting that all details and developments related to the platform will be announced through the official channels of the Authority, and the Authority has designated a call center on 19998 to provide direct support and answer any
