The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced the launch of Real Estate Balance Platform\u201c<\/a> <\/strong>To receive applications from citizens wishing to obtain residential land within the capital, with the acceptance of applications continuing until the end of Thursday, October 23, 2025.<\/p>\n

Eligibility requirements<\/span><\/h4>\n

The authority clarified that application in Real Estate Equilibrium Platform<\/a><\/strong> Available to married citizens or individuals over the age of 25, provided that the applicant has no prior real estate ownership and has resided in the city of Riyadh for a period of not less than three years.<\/p>\n

The beneficiary is also required not to sell the land, mortgage it, or dispose of it within ten years, with the exception of a mortgage designated for construction financing. If construction is not carried out within this period, the land shall be reclaimed and its value returned to its owner.<\/p>\n

Application mechanism<\/span><\/h4>\n

The Authority emphasized that the \u201cReal Estate Balance\u201d platform is the sole digital channel for submitting applications, warning against dealing with any intermediaries or external entities. It confirmed that priority in registration does not imply priority of entitlement, as acceptance is subject to a rigorous sorting mechanism and specific criteria to ensure fairness and transparency.<\/p>\n

A step toward real estate balance<\/span><\/h4>\n

The Authority noted that the launch of this platform comes in execution of the directives of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to achieve balance in the real estate sector in Riyadh, contributing to enhancing homeownership opportunities and supporting the stability of the real estate market, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.<\/p>\n
