Infrastructure Forum<\/a> <\/strong>2025 in Riyadh, yesterday, a session titled \u201cPioneering the Future: Strategic Projects Driving Infrastructure Progress in Saudi Arabia,\u201d discussed the pivotal role of infrastructure in promoting national development, and the importance of integrated planning and coordination between government agencies and the private sector to achieve integration and direct efforts towards the end beneficiary.<br \/>\nThe CEO participated in the session<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RIPC_KSA\"> Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center<\/a><\/strong> Engineer Fahd bin Sulaiman Al-Baddah, CEO of the National Housing Company (NHC) Mohammed Al-Batti, and Executive Vice President of Distribution and Subscriber Services at Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), Engineer Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Khanizan.<br \/>\nParticipants stressed that major projects can only be realized if there is a strong infrastructure capable of absorbing the rapid growth in the Kingdom, noting the remarkable development in the number of licenses for infrastructure projects, which reached 71,000 licenses in 2017, while last year it reached 151,000 licenses, with aspirations to reach 200,000 licenses by the end of this year.<br \/>\nThey explained that the Infrastructure Projects Center launched the comprehensive plan to adjust efforts, stressing that major projects in Riyadh such as the Expo and other development projects require concerted efforts and continuous coordination.<br \/>\nParticipants discussed the role of the private sector in providing housing, training competencies, and raising labor efficiency in order to accelerate the pace of completion and achieve integration with the supply chain.<br \/>\nThe speakers reviewed the most prominent achievements in basic services, including the length of networks reaching (800) thousand kilometers and the operation and renewal of (11.4) million smart meters, stressing that the integration of efforts between different entities is a key element to ensure the sustainability of infrastructure, focusing on the end user, adopting the latest technologies, and implementing systems to protect and preserve assets.<br \/>\nThey pointed out that the center worked in cooperation with the relevant authorities to reduce or end interruptions in infrastructure services, in addition to taking precautionary measures to protect assets, stressing that the main goal is the satisfaction of citizens, residents and visitors, through strategic projects that enhance the Kingdom's position and leadership in the
