monitoring tours, also based on digital reports and reports through the \u201cBaladi\u201d application, within an advanced monitoring system that allows effectively controlling violations and taking legal action against those responsible, stressing that fines reach (200 thousand riyals) in accordance with the approved municipal regulations and instructions.<br \/>\nThe \u201cMunicipalities and Housing\u201d stressed the importance of owners, investors, advertisers and tenants adhering to the approved regulatory requirements, and preventing the offer or rental of divided residential units through electronic applications or any other means without an official license issued by the provincial secretariats.<br \/>\nThe Ministry called on citizens and residents to cooperate with it in strengthening control by quickly reporting any violations or abuses of this kind through the \u201cBaladi\u201d application or by calling the unified number (940), stressing that the reports represent an essential tributary to support control tours and achieve a safe and sustainable housing environment.<br \/>\nThe most prominent violations include re-dividing residential units into smaller areas, adding interior doors, and modifying exits through setbacks without obtaining the necessary licenses, noting that such violations represent a breach of public safety and negatively affect the
