style=\"color: #800000\">Jeddah deals top the charts<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Jeddah was the main driver of the rise, with 1,711 transactions worth nearly SAR 7 billion and an average selling price of SAR 460 per square meter, compared to 670 transactions worth SAR 911 million and an average of SAR 347 per meter in the previous week.<\/p>\n<p>As for the capital, Riyadh, 557 transactions worth 862 million riyals were carried out at an average of 202 riyals per meter, compared to 559 transactions worth 705.4 million riyals and an average of 157 riyals per meter in the previous week.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000\">Other city deals<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In addition to Jeddah and Riyadh, other Saudi cities witnessed varying real estate activity during the past week; Makkah recorded 218 transactions worth 212 million riyals with an average of 165 riyals per square meter, while Medina achieved 280 transactions worth 195 million riyals with an average of 150 riyals per square meter.<\/p>\n<p>Dammam recorded 136 transactions worth 328 million riyals at an average of 517 riyals per square meter, while Abha witnessed 136 transactions at an average of 517 riyals per square meter.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000\">Most Traded Neighborhoods<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Jubail's Al-Matrifiya neighborhood topped the list with 91 transactions, followed by Riyadh's Tuwaiq neighborhood with 57 transactions, Hafar Al-Batin's Salmaniya neighborhood with 37 transactions, Jeddah's Al-Rayyan neighborhood came fourth with 31 transactions, and Riyadh's Namar neighborhood came
