The exhibition served as a real estate platform that saw widespread interest from those involved in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition served as an opportunity for a number of startups in Egypt and the Gulf countries to discuss the most prominent regional and global trends in the real estate sector, The participation of some 80 real estate developers in the exhibition\u2019s events was described as exceptional, as they showcased nearly 1,000 diverse projects ranging from residential, hotel, commercial, and office units.<\/p>\n<p>Discussions on the technological advancements taking place in the real estate market were a key part of the Cityscape 2025 exhibition, along with discussions on new construction technologies being implemented by a number of countries, as participating countries and delegations highlighted investment opportunities in their respective nations.<\/p>\n<p>During the Cityscape exhibition, a real estate cooperation agreement was signed between the International Real Estate Federation offices in the Kingdom and Egypt. The agreement aims to provide a range of specialized services to government agencies and investors in both countries, support the real estate sector, exchange expertise, and promote investment and
