financial installment amount should be set at 33% of the applicant's income, taking into account that the installment payment period should not exceed 25 years from the beginning of the eligibility date, and that the applicant should not exceed 65 years of age at the end of the payment period.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing explained that the monthly installment can be deducted directly from the income of the beneficiary or the family, or by depositing the amounts into bank accounts specified by the ministry, and the payment mechanism varies according to the type of support the beneficiary receives, to be as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The monthly installment payment for the housing unit starts four months after receiving the unit.<\/li>\n<li>The monthly installment payment for a home purchase loan or financing begins four months after receiving the loan or financing.<\/li>\n<li>The monthly installment payment for a loan or financing for housing construction starts two years after signing the support contract or four months after the completion of construction.<\/li>\n<li>The monthly installment payment for a land purchase starts four months after receiving the land.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These new standards regarding the monthly financial deduction rate contribute to bridging the gap between the income level and the size of the financing, and give families a financial space capable of facing the requirements of living, in addition to linking housing support to a percentage of income creates a state of synchronization between revenues and
