href=\"https:\/\/code.mcit.gov.sa\/ar\/bootcamp\/proptech-challenge\">Guarantee for real estate technology<\/a><\/strong>\u201cIt aims to empower real estate startups beyond the idea and prototype stage, support them in the process of expansion and growth, develop their digital products, and enhance their readiness for partnerships and attracting investments.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Supporting digital transformation in the real estate sector<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The challenge comes as part of the ministry's efforts to develop an environment of innovation in real estate technologies (PropTech) and support digital transformation in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/82320\/\">Real estate sector<\/a><\/strong>By providing a wide range of training and mentorship programs, the challenge includes more than 50 training programs and mentorship sessions, in addition to more than 70 digital catalysts, with the participation of more than 30 startups.<\/p>\n<p>The challenge will conclude with a final ceremony where the three winning projects will be announced and given additional opportunities to grow and expand with the support of the program's partners.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>3 tracks for the Daman Real Estate Technology Challenge\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The Daman Challenge has three main streams, including real estate digital platforms, real estate data and analytics, and artificial intelligence in real estate technologies: Digital Real Estate Platforms, Real Estate Data and Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence in Real Estate Technologies, which are the main pillars of the future of innovation in the Kingdom's smart real estate sector.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) announced the start of registration for the challenge via the Code Center's digital platform at
