in the city of Riyadh and address the most prominent challenges resulting from random parking and the leakage of vehicles from commercial streets to residential neighborhoods in order to contribute to improving the quality of life and urban landscape.<br \/>\nThis activation comes as a continuation of the expansion plan that began in Al Ward neighborhood last August, where the neighborhood witnessed the first implementation of the system within residential neighborhoods, with the number of residential permits issued exceeding 10,000, reflecting the interaction and cooperation of residents with the new organizational solution and their keenness to improve the parking experience within their neighborhoods.<br \/>\nManaged parking is a smart urban solution that contributes to regulating parking within residential neighborhoods adjacent to commercial streets, by allowing residents and visitors to use the parking lots only and reducing unauthorized parking, thereby enhancing residents' comfort and quality of life.<br \/>\nThe organization's mechanism relies on issuing digital permits to residents and their visitors through an application \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.remat.riyadhparking&amp;hl=ar\">Riyadh positions<\/a><\/strong>\u201dSmart surveillance vehicles equipped with automated monitoring technologies are used to distinguish authorized vehicles from unauthorized and leaking vehicles, ensuring accurate regulation and compliance within neighborhoods.<br \/>\nThe system allows residents to easily issue residential (free) permits through the \u201cRiyadh Parking\u201d application, whether for their vehicles registered in their names or authorized vehicles, based on their national address, in addition to the possibility of issuing free visitor permits according to their needs, and visitor permits include two types: A general invitation to be used in case of large gatherings, and a special invitation valid for three days.<br \/>\nThe current phase of \u201cRiyadh Parking\u201d includes the activation of managed parking in several residential neighborhoods in the city of Riyadh, including the neighborhoods of Al-Warud, Al-Rahmaniyah, Al-Murooj, West Olaya, King Fahd and Al-Sulaymaniyah, with the rest of the neighborhoods to be gradually activated after Al-Rahmaniyah as part of an expansion plan that aims to organize more than 300,000 free managed parking spaces within residential neighborhoods and more than 20,000 paid parking spaces on commercial streets.<br
