announced Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong> Real estate registration for 30,198 pieces of real estate in 65 neighborhoods in Riyadh and 28,374 pieces of real estate in 46 neighborhoods in the Eastern Province, starting from October 12 until the end of January 15, 2026.<\/p>\n

Neighborhoods benefiting from the cadastre<\/span><\/h4>\n

The authority explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from Cadastre<\/a><\/strong> At this stage in the Riyadh region in Majmaa Governorate (Al Montazah neighborhood, Al Yarmouk neighborhood, King Abdullah neighborhood, Airport neighborhood, Iskan neighborhood, First Industrial neighborhood), while registration includes the following neighborhoods in Al Aflaj Governorate (Al Wahid neighborhood, Al Ezdhar neighborhood, Prince Salman neighborhood, Al Andalus neighborhood, Al Burqa neighborhood, Al Bakr neighborhood, Al Municipality neighborhood, Circles neighborhood, Industrial neighborhood, Al Taraf neighborhood, Al Fahil neighborhood, Al Faihaa neighborhood, Al Muthana neighborhood, Al Qaisiyah neighborhood, Al Marzoukiyah neighborhood, Al Masirir neighborhood, Al Museif neighborhood, King Abdullah neighborhood, Al Hilali neighborhood, Al Wada'een neighborhood, Al Waroud neighborhood, Umm Sariha neighborhood, Khadra and Ashiran neighborhoods). Registration also includes the following neighborhoods in Al-Quwaiyah Governorate (Scheme No. 1029) and Al-Ghat Governorate (Al-Arniyah, Al-Ghadir, Al-Marouj, Al-Nakheel, Al-Warud, Al-Khuzama).<\/p>\n

It also includes Real estate registration<\/a><\/strong> The following neighborhoods in the Eastern Province in Al-Ahsa Governorate: (Al-Bustan neighborhood, Al-Shuqaiq Al-Gharbia neighborhood, part of Ghamsi town, part of Al-Tahimiya town, Al-Tilal neighborhood, part of Al-Zahraa neighborhood, part of Al-Basateen neighborhood, part of Al-Rakaz neighborhood, part of Al-Waziya second neighborhood, part of Abu Al-Hussa town, part of Al-Nakheel neighborhood, part of Southern Eyes neighborhood, part of the fourth Riyadh neighborhood, part of Al-Jafr town, and a number of plans and parts of plans), while the following neighborhoods in Qatif Governorate include: (part of Al-Shura neighborhood, and the real estate area parallel to Anak Street 172) in addition to (the real estate area parallel to the Dhahran-Jubail Highway) in Ras Tanura Governorate, and the registration includes the following real estate areas in Jubail city: (the real estate area parallel to King Abdulaziz Road, and an urban real estate area), in addition to (the real estate area parallel to the Cooperation Council Street) in Dammam city.<\/p>\n

The Real Estate Authority indicated that the neighborhoods were selected according to specific criteria, and the rest of the regions, governorates, and neighborhoods that will be subject to real estate registration in various regions of the Kingdom will be announced in the coming periods, indicating that the first registration of real estate in these regions and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform https:\/\/rer.sa\/ <\/a>Or through service centers, where in-kind registration requires the presence of a title deed that meets the legal requirements to complete the registration process.<\/p>\n

The Authority called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the title deed of the property and the availability of the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, adding that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties stipulated in the real estate registration system, which is determined by a specialized committee to consider violations, and inquiries about registration steps can be made through the Authority's official platforms or by calling the customer service center 199002.<\/p>\n

Starting from the date set for the start of registration, a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered, and the title deed will include property data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations associated with accurate geospatial information to contribute to enhancing the infrastructure and sustainability of the real estate sector, as the real estate registration system aims to raise real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
