The platform aims to provide planned and developed residential lands to citizens, ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 plots annually over the next five years, at prices not exceeding 1,500 riyals per square meter, with direct supervision from the Royal Commission to ensure the quality of planning and implementation.<\/p>\n<p>The platform works to provide fair opportunities for those who qualify to own residential land within a balanced urban framework that is consistent with the principles of sustainable urban planning, and aims to achieve a balance between supply and demand in the residential real estate market, which contributes to lowering prices and stabilizing the market in the long term.<\/p>\n<p>KDIPA emphasized that activating the amendment or cancellation service reflects its commitment to developing the user experience and improving the efficiency of electronic procedures, giving applicants greater flexibility in managing their applications to suit their needs and changing
