and governorates of the Eastern Province as part of its efforts to engage the private sector in development, enable and encourage investors and entrepreneurs to participate in the investment industry, and attract Gulf and foreign investors.<\/p>\n<p>The investment opportunities are varied. <a href=\"https:\/\/my.gov.sa\/ar\/agencies\/17267\">Eastern Province Municipality<\/a> The 213 permanent and 226 temporary opportunities are spread across various sectors including tourism, recreation, sports, industry, transportation, and infrastructure, and are aimed at improving the quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>Amin revealed <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/68384\/\">Eastern Region<\/a>Fahad Al-Jubeir explained the details of the investment opportunities offered, explaining that this offering comes in line with achieving the objectives of Vision 2030, and attracting distinguished investors from inside and outside the Kingdom, which enhances the realization of the pillars of the vision for a prosperous economy and a vibrant society in an ambitious nation, and the opportunities offered vary between:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Waterfront development and urban planning.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Parks, gardens, and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Transportation, markets, and billboards.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Recreational and tourism centers, and sports activities.<\/li>\n<li>Factories, galleries, warehouses, and worker housing.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Various tourist and commercial investment sites.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Temporary activities such as festivals, events, and entertainment centers.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Food carts in various cities and governorates in the Eastern Province.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Secretary of the Eastern Province was keen to invite investors and entrepreneurs to take advantage of these opportunities, noting the contractual periods of up to 50 years, exemption periods of up to 10% of the duration of the contracts, in addition to
