Supply Stimulation and Real Estate Development Agency.<\/p>\n<p>The MoU aims to enhance and develop operational processes and regulatory frameworks in the Kingdom's real estate development sector, contributing to raising its efficiency and stimulating innovation.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Strategic Memorandum of Cooperation<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Areas of cooperation between the two sides include innovation in licensing and pre-approval systems, smart mechanisms for data sharing and analysis, designing new and innovative models to enhance the integration of community services, and implementing pilot programs that focus on improving the quality of life and the experience of residents in urban communities.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Sidra Abdulrahman Al Taweel, and ROSHN Group's Chief Strategy and Corporate Affairs Officer, Yassin Kattan, attended the event.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Yassin Kattan said: \u201cThis MoU represents a strategic step towards enabling innovation and developing modern regulatory frameworks that accelerate the transformation towards a more efficient and sustainable real estate environment.<\/p>\n<p>It also
