These efforts have contributed significantly to the growth of the construction sector, both in the residential and non-residential fields, contributing to the prosperity of many projects across the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>Emphasis has also been placed on increasing investments in the entertainment and tourism sectors, in addition to the recent urbanization of the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>The impact of these developments on residential development in the Kingdom was also discussed, as urbanization contributes significantly to meeting the needs of citizens and enhancing the sustainability of economic growth.<\/p>\n<p>In the end, participants emphasized the importance of continued collaboration between the public and private sectors to achieve these ambitious
