Makkah, Madinah, and the Eastern Province, as of the end of Thursday, 24 Rabi' al-Thani 1447 AH, corresponding to October 16, 2025 AD.<\/p>\n<p>The Commission explained that<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rer.sa\/\"> Real estate registration<\/a><\/strong> The project will cover 50,259 real estate parcels in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, specifically in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the Al-Jamoum Governorate, within the following neighborhoods: Al-Salam neighborhood, part of Al-Rawabi neighborhood, part of Al-Rashidiyah neighborhood, part of Ma\u2019ad neighborhood, part of Al-Falq Al-Jadid neighborhood, part of Sha\u2019b Ali Al-Jadid neighborhood, part of Batha\u2019 Quraish neighborhood, part of Al-Hijrah neighborhood, part of Al-Taqwa neighborhood, part of Sha\u2019b Ali Al-Jadid neighborhood, part of Al-Maghmas neighborhood, part of Al-Kawthar neighborhood, part of Al-Shara\u2019i neighborhood, parts of Al-Maqam neighborhood, parts of Al-Khadra neighborhood, parts of Al-Qarara Al-Jadid neighborhood, parts of Sha\u2019b Amer Al-Jadid neighborhood, Al-Mubarak Development in Al-Rayyan, the modified low-income housing project in Hada Al-Sham, and the Al-Jamoum City Housing Project.<\/p>\n<p>In Madinah, registration will be completed for 40,496 parcels of land within the following neighborhoods: Al-Rummanah neighborhood, Al-Rawabi neighborhood, Al-Ghara neighborhood, Al-Nabla neighborhood, Shuran neighborhood, Al-Makar Development and Planning Company project (Al-Majdiyah project), part of Tabah neighborhood, part of Al-Aziziyah neighborhood, part of Al-Sad neighborhood, part of Al-Ahn neighborhood, part of Rahat Neighborhood, part of Wadi Muzainib Neighborhood, part of Wadi Mahzur Neighborhood, parts of Al-Hadiqah Neighborhood, parts of Sikka Al-Hadeed Neighborhood, parts of the General Plan for City Vision, and parts of Al-Makar Neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is also closing for 17,535 real estate parcels in the Eastern Region within the following neighborhoods in Baqiq Governorate: (South Damig Neighborhood, Ashbiliya Neighborhood, Al-Andalus Neighborhood, Al-Basateen District, Al-Rabwah District, Al-Rawda District, Al-Zuhur District, Al-Sina\u2019iyah District, Al-Firdaws District, Al-Madinah District, Al-Matar District, Al-Nakhil District, Al-Nuzha District, Granada District, Cordoba District, Al-Nour District, Ahad District, Taybah District, Al-Rabee District, Al-Salam District, Al-Rayyan District, Al-Waha District, Al-Rabia District, Al-Manar District, Al-Nada District, Al-Atheer District, Al-Jazira District, and Al-Fayha District), and the following districts in Al-Ahsa Governorate: 12th Hajr District, Al-Suhaimiyah, part of Umm Sab\u2019ah, part of Mahayris, part of the Eastern Al-Shuqaiq Town District, and part of Eastern Al-Shuqaiq Town.<\/p>\n<p>The Authority called on the owners of properties located within the neighborhoods to quickly register their properties through the real estate registry platform rer.sa before the registration period expires in order to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur in the property.<\/p>\n<p>The Authority clarified that the Real Estate Registry will issue a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered, The new title deed includes the property\u2019s precise geographic location, the owner\u2019s details, its description and condition, the associated rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions pertaining to it, serving as the basis for documenting ownership and the associated real estate rights, thereby contributing to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its key drivers.<\/p>\n<p>The Authority emphasized that failure to register real estate within the period specified in the announcement exposes owners to the financial penalties set forth in the Real Estate Registration System, as determined by a committee authorized to review violations, and that applications for real estate registration will continue to be accepted in all designated areas even after the registration period specified in the announcement has expired.<br \/>\nIt is worth mentioning that the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) is tasked with implementing the establishment and management of the real estate registry in the Kingdom using modern technologies and geospatial data through an integrated digital
