{"id":85538,"date":"2025-10-15T10:13:31","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T07:13:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=85538"},"modified":"2025-11-25T16:53:17","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T16:53:17","slug":"%d9%88%d8%b2%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%a8%d9%84%d8%af%d9%8a%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d9%88%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%a5%d8%b3%d9%83%d8%a7%d9%86-%d8%aa%d8%ae%d8%aa%d8%aa%d9%85-%d9%85%d8%b4%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%83%d8%aa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/85538\/","title":{"rendered":"Ministry of Municipalities and Housing concludes its participation in the third Qatar Real Estate Forum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Concluded <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/momah.gov.sa\/ar\">Ministry of Municipalities and Housing<\/a><\/strong>Her participation in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/85311\/\">Qatar Real Estate Forum<\/a><\/strong> The third conference, which was held in Doha under the theme \u201cReal Estate of the Future\u201d, comes within the framework of the Ministry's keenness to enhance regional cooperation and exchange experiences with Gulf and Arab real estate authorities, which contributes to the development of a sustainable real estate environment that supports the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry's pavilion was visited by a number of senior officials from Qatar, as well as officials from the GCC and Arab countries who attended the forum, where visitors were briefed on the services and initiatives offered by the pavilion, including digital and regulatory empowerment for the Saudi real estate sector.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry showcased the Kingdom's experiences in digital transformation in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/82320\/\">Real estate sector<\/a><\/strong>including initiatives to empower the sector and standardize regulatory systems that link the owner, developer, service providers and facilities management, in addition to highlighting the efforts made in developing the sector's infrastructure and enhancing efficiency and transparency in the real estate market.<\/p>\n<p>The pavilion highlighted the ministry's role in building an integrated real estate system that supports quality of life, through initiatives designed to meet the needs of the new generation and support innovation in real estate systems, in addition to reviewing the use of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and smart contracts to increase transparency and reduce the time of procedures.<\/p>\n<p>His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, participated in a ministerial session within the forum entitled \u201cThe Real Estate Roadmap Towards Achieving Vision 2030\", alongside Qatari Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah, during which he reviewed the Kingdom's experience in building a real estate market based on partnership, innovation and digital transformation.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
