This project is not just an urban development; it is a new gateway to the future of Makkah, combining architectural beauty, ancient heritage, and integrated services for guests from around the world.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong> What is the King Salman Gate project?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Haram Visions, announced the launch of the King Salman Gate project as a mixed-use destination spanning a total construction area of 12 million square meters next to the Holy Mosque, in a strategic location that makes it a natural extension of the Haram Al Sharif.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong> Project goals<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The project comes as part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the program to serve the pilgrims, with the aim of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieving a qualitative leap in the infrastructure of the city of Makkah and the central area.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating visitation and worship through advanced facilities and high-quality services.<\/li>\n<li>Enriching the religious and cultural experience of visitors to the Holy Mosque.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to the diversification of the national economy and creating more than 300,000 jobs by 2036.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong> Architecture that combines originality and modernity<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The King Salman Gate project embodies a unique harmony between Meccan architectural heritage and modern lifestyles, offering an integrated environment that balances comfort and spirituality.<br \/>\nThe project includes high-end residential, cultural and service facilities, and provides a capacity of nearly 900,000 worshipers in indoor prayer halls and outdoor courtyards, making it one of the largest projects supporting the accommodation of visitors during the Hajj and Umrah seasons.<\/p>\n<p>The project was also keen to link directly with public transportation to facilitate the movement of visitors and pilgrims between the areas of Makkah and the Grand Mosque, in a move that contributes to reducing congestion and enhancing ease of access to the Haram.<\/p>\n<h4>Exploring the history of Makkah<\/h4>\n<p>The project pays great attention to the Makkan identity, as it includes the development and rehabilitation of about 19,000 square meters of heritage and cultural areas, giving visitors the opportunity to explore the ancient history of Makkah in a modern environment that respects the values of authenticity and belonging.<\/p>\n<p>The impact of the project is not limited to the urban aspect, but extends to enhancing economic development by creating tens of thousands of job opportunities, stimulating the services, hospitality and employment sectors, supporting the local economy and enhancing Makkah's status as an integrated global center.<\/p>\n<p>The project is being developed by Haram Visions, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, as part of its strategy to raise the level of urban development around the Grand Mosque.<\/p>\n<p>The company adopts an approach based on sustainability and innovation, while adhering to the highest international standards in design and implementation, to ensure an exceptional experience for pilgrims and residents alike, while preserving the cultural fabric of Makkah.<\/p>\n<p>King Salman Gate is more than just an urban destination; it is a bridge between the past and the future, connecting the spirituality that has characterized Makkah throughout history with the ambition to become a global city that welcomes millions of visitors in a modern and sustainable environment.
