Real estate, when combined with leisure tourism, transforms from silent stones into a living experience that entices investors and visitors alike.<\/p>\n<p>In Saudi Arabia, this landscape is clearly visible with the mega-projects spearheaded by Vision 2030. Take the Red Sea project, for example, where investment is not limited to building resorts and hotels, but extends to establishing a new style of luxury tourism that enhances the value of the surrounding land and attracts foreign capital.<\/p>\n<p>What distinguishes <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/81521\/\">Real estate tourism<\/a><\/strong> It creates a complete economic cycle: Major entertainment projects attract visitors, visitors need places to stay, buy and invest, and demand for apartments, villas and shops rises.
