{"id":85826,"date":"2025-10-20T12:26:26","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T09:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=85826"},"modified":"2025-11-25T16:46:30","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T16:46:30","slug":"nhc-%d8%aa%d9%88%d9%82%d8%b9-%d8%a7%d8%aa%d9%81%d8%a7%d9%82%d9%8a%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d9%85%d8%b9-%d8%b4%d8%b1%d9%83%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d8%b5%d9%8a%d9%86%d9%8a%d8%a9-%d9%84%d8%a8%d9%86%d8%a7%d8%a1-24-%d8%a3%d9%84","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/85826\/","title":{"rendered":"NHC signs agreements with Chinese companies to build 24,000 housing units\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Housing Company has signed<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nhc.sa\/\"> NHC<\/a><\/strong> A number of agreements and memorandums of understanding with a number of major Chinese construction companies, as part of the plan to implement 100,000 joint housing units by 2030, as part of the ongoing efforts to develop<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/82918\/\"> Housing sector<\/a><\/strong> Strengthening international partnerships in support of Saudi Arabia's vision.<\/p>\n<p>The agreements came during an official visit by the Minister of<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/85538\/\"> Municipalities and housing<\/a><\/strong> Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail's two-day visit to China saw extensive discussions on enhancing cooperation in the fields of building, construction and modern residential technologies.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Saudi Press Agency, the agreements included the signing of two framework agreements to implement more than 24,000 housing units in different regions of the Kingdom, in addition to strategic agreements aimed at supporting supply chains and expanding the localization of industries related to the construction sector.<\/p>\n<p>The MoUs also included cooperation in creating digital solutions through the SupplyPro platform, which contributes to raising the efficiency of construction operations and improving the quality of supply chains by directly linking manufacturers, developers, and contractors.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the growing cooperation between the two sides, a framework agreement was signed with the China Seventh Construction Bureau for General Engineering to implement 20,000 housing units worth SAR 8.7 billion, the fifth joint project between the two parties so far. The second project was awarded to the Chinese company CICC, with the company incentivized to participate in an additional program to build 20,000 housing units within the same
