Dana Al Rams Auction sets a record in sales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The auction of the Dana Al-Rams project located on the Arabian Gulf in Qatif achieved a record in the sale of plans, reaching 3.5 billion riyals for the plan located on an area of 3.5 million square meters within two days, and the auction witnessed a large turnout of real estate enthusiasts, investors and buyers exceeding 3,000 people, while the price per meter for the pieces ranged between 1200 to 1800 riyals.<\/p>\n<p>The auction, which was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Dammam, included about 3000 residential and commercial plots, making the scheme one of the largest schemes in the Eastern Province, where 50% of the scheme was sold on the first day, while the sale was completed until twelve in the night of the second day, confirming the strength of the desire to buy and invest in the scheme.<\/p>\n<p>On this occasion, Ajlan bin Saad Al Ajlan, President of Ajlan &amp; Brothers, appreciated the interest of the audience in the auction, explaining that the auction was sold in record time due to a number of conditions in the local scene, pointing to the number and quality of the large attendance that attended the auction, as well as the immediate implementation to purchase and benefit from the investment opportunities provided by the plan, especially in the residential development sector.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Ajlan stressed that the auction sales reflect the volume of demand for real estate products, and at the same time a very strong indicator of the strength of the national economy and the ability of the real estate sector to meet investment demand, which will help in the housing localization project and the construction of 1.5 million housing units over the next five years.<\/p>\n<p>The plan, which is owned by real estate entities, Al Noah Real Estate Company, Abdullah Al Suleiman Real Estate Group, Talal Al Ghoneim Group, Ajlan &amp; Brothers, is considered one of the distinctive quality plans in Qatif.
