{"id":85966,"date":"2025-10-21T10:53:03","date_gmt":"2025-10-21T07:53:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=85966"},"modified":"2025-11-25T16:44:19","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T16:44:19","slug":"%d8%aa%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%ac%d8%b9-%d8%a3%d8%b3%d8%b9%d8%a7%d8%b1-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b3%d9%83%d9%86%d9%8a%d8%a9-%d9%81%d9%8a-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b3%d8%b9%d9%88","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/85966\/","title":{"rendered":"Saudi Arabia's residential real estate prices decline, commercial and agricultural sector increases in Q3 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Saudi Arabia's real estate price index saw a slowdown in the pace of <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/7136\/\">Inflation<\/a> The annualized rate of change during the third quarter of 2025 was 1.3% compared to 3.2% in the second quarter of the same year.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Real estate inflation in Saudi Arabia<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The slowdown was due to a weaker performance<a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/74020\/\"> Residential sector<\/a> which represents the largest relative weight in the index, declined from 0.4% in Q2 to (-0.9%) in Q3, although other sectors continued to record notable increases, led by the commercial sector, which witnessed an increase of 6.8%.<\/p>\n<p>According to data from the Saudi General Authority for Statistics, the real estate price index recorded a decrease of 1.1% quarter-on-quarter during the third quarter of 2025 compared to the previous quarter.<br \/>\nThe index was affected by a 1.1% drop in residential sector prices due to a 0.8% drop in residential land prices, a 1.1% drop in apartments, and a 2.5% drop in villas, while residential floors prices rose by 0.6%.<\/p>\n<p>As for <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/81651\/\">Commercial sector<\/a>It witnessed a decrease of 1.6% due to the decline in commercial land prices by 1.8% and exhibition prices by 0.5%, while condominium prices increased by 1.0%, in contrast, agricultural sector real estate prices increased by 7.3% compared to the second quarter of the year, driven by the increase in prices of agricultural plots.<\/p>\n<p>In the commercial sector, prices increased by 6.8% compared to the third quarter of the previous year, with commercial land prices increasing by 7.2%, condominiums by 3.3%, and galleries by 1.1%, while the residential sector saw a decrease of 0.9% due to the decline in residential land and apartment prices.<\/p>\n<p>On a regional level, Riyadh saw a slowdown in price growth to 1.0% compared to 3.6% in the second quarter.
