\u00a0<\/strong>Before the subscription process for individuals in the shares of Al-Andalus Real Estate Company concluded on Wednesday, 7.5 million shares were subscribed to cover 89.6% of the total shares offered to individuals, which is 8.4 million shares, equivalent to 40 percent of the total 21 million shares offered for public subscription, representing 30 percent of the company's capital.<\/p>\n

In the same context, Riyad Capital announced the financial advisor, underwriting manager and underwriter of Al-Andalus Real Estate Company, announced that the number of individual subscribers reached about 252,873 subscribers by the end of the third day yesterday. The total amount subscribed by individuals on the third day amounted to about SAR 135.4 million, and the subscription period will end at the end of Wednesday, December 23.<\/p>\n
