The new MoU is an extension of the Saudi-Korean partnerships that were strengthened through the signing of an MoU in November 2024 to develop \u201cBaladi Maps\u201d and activate digital twins and smart city applications, contributing to the development of urban planning and improving the quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>CEO Mohammed Al Batti emphasized that the work is based on consolidating the position of \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/82268\/\">NHC<\/a><\/strong>\u201d in the real estate sector in the region by attracting quality investments with major international companies to establish high-quality housing projects in various regions of the Kingdom, in order to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Batti said: \u201cOur presence in the Republic of Korea is an extension of the company's strategy aimed at stimulating foreign investment by transferring international expertise and best international practices to the Saudi market,
