The project is expected to transform Jeddah into a global destination that combines culture, entertainment, and investment, in line with the goals of Vision 2030, and economists view the project as a roadmap for making quality investments within the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Jeddah Center Project Details<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman launched the Central Jeddah project in 2021, which aims to transform the city of Jeddah into a global tourist destination. The project comes on an area of 5.7 million square meters and a sandy beach 2.1 kilometers long, and the project is planned to include about 17,000 residential units, 2,700 hotel rooms, in addition to commercial areas, administrative offices, shops, and malls.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Jeddah Center Project Implementation Stages<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>consists of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vision2030.gov.sa\/ar\/explore\/projects\/jeddah-central-project\">Jeddah Center Project<\/a> The first phase will cover 45% of the project area, focusing on the construction of major landmarks (opera house, stadium, aquariums), as well as a public beach and marina, and is scheduled to end in 2027.<\/p>\n<p>As for the second phase of the <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/80218\/\">Grandma<\/a> Covering 36% of the project area, it focuses on creating a vibrant cultural and educational environment, including a museum, library, and innovative educational facilities.
