presence of a number of real estate sector figures within the Kingdom, who made a number of explanatory statements about the status of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia and the future vision of $9 trillion worth of transactions during 2025, as the Kingdom views stablecoins as a strategic shift, pointing out that Riyadh will become a global model for modern real estate financing, noting that the Kingdom's experimental environment has succeeded in attracting local and international companies specialized in tokenization models and fractional ownership of real estate.<\/p>\n<p>During one of the sessions <a href=\"https:\/\/globalproptechsummit.com\/index-ar.php\">Proptech Summit 2025<\/a>Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Qwaiz, Chairman of the Saudi Capital Market Authority, said that the role of the financial market is a platform for financing the economy and its pioneering projects and turning them from a dream into reality, pointing out that the size of real estate funds, which are the oldest financing products for the real estate sector, is close to 300 billion Saudi riyals.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that the listed real estate sector in the Saudi market is more than 182 billion riyals between real estate development companies and real estate investment funds, and today there are 24 companies in the real estate sector listed, and 6 of them were launched only in the current year, adding that the Kingdom ranks fifth or sixth in the world in terms of financing through the stock market in its various sectors.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that the volume of foreign investment in the Saudi financial market at the level of the stock market only exceeds 500 billion Saudi riyals, while the volume of foreign investors in the investment funds sector is close to 50 billion Saudi riyals, stressing that the Saudi financial market has become on the world map in terms of investment, future opportunities and financing.<\/p>\n<p>During the session, His Excellency Dr. Saad Al-Qasabi, Governor of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), said that the Kingdom has advanced in the UNIDO Index thanks to the initiatives and programs of the vision 25 places to become the 20th, and the Kingdom seeks to be among the top 10 countries in this index.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that there are more than 53 technical teams that make sure that Saudi specifications meet global requirements, stressing that they are keen on the participation of the private and government sectors, adding that they hosted the Saudi building code and the authority was the engine for developing and applying the code.<\/p>\n<p>Engineer Abdullah Al Hammad, CEO of the General Authority for Real Estate, emphasized that the proptech market is one of the fastest growing markets globally, with the market size in 2024 estimated at $86 billion and expected to reach $133 billion by 2032, noting that digital transformation contributed to reducing operational costs for the government sector by about 60%.<\/p>\n<p>He stressed that increasing the real estate supply has become a strategic goal, especially in the city of Riyadh, where they aim to reach the ownership rate to 70% by 2030, explaining that the housing program is one of its technical axes, which helps in easy access to the real estate product, and the Ejar platform contributes to stimulating development and reassuring investors.<\/p>\n<p>World Proptech Summit 2025 Justice: We support digital transformation in the real estate sector through \u201cNajeez\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During the Global Proptech Summit session, Abdulrahman Almuzayel, Director of Najeez Judicial Services Centers, stressed that the Ministry of Justice is one of the pioneers in technological development, which is reflected in various transactions, including real estate transactions, where digitization has taken place, and technology has become an aid to prove rights and properties.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the Ministry of Justice did not limit itself to the technical presence only, but created local centers with a fully automated journey, pointing out that the Najez platform was derived from Vision 2030 to create a unique experience for the citizen, as all judicial services do not require paper or pen, as the service is requested through the platform or centers electronically.<\/p>\n<p>Abdulrahman Al-Muzayal explained that real estate transactions in the past were based on reviewing the notaries, and they were paper transactions, but the situation has changed and the reality in the Kingdom has become like dreams for others tomorrow, adding that the time to obtain the service through the Najez platform does not take minutes now, and with a higher percentage of security than before, commenting: \u201cWith the press of a button, the process is resolved in a short time,\u201d and if the beneficiary goes to local centers, he gets the best service, and operations within them are done in an electronic manner,
