This week, the Real Estate Development Fund, through the Fund's General Administration in Riyadh, will begin receiving and responding to legal grievances, in preparation for filing a lawsuit in the Administrative Court in the Makkah region, following the disruption of repayment of the Fund's loans in Taif Governorate, due to a financial administrative defect in the system of deducting Real Estate Development Fund loan installments from those working in the field of education in the governorate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A number of sources had reported that an administrative and financial flaw in the system for deducting Real Estate Development Fund installments from education workers in Taif governorate led to the failure of the installments to reach the Fund for five months. <\/strong><\/p>\n

An informed source pointed out that \u201cthe issue lies in the failure of the amounts deducted to reach the Fund's account,\u201d pointing out that this issue is a recurring issue for a number of employees in Taif Education, indicating that the Fund officials did not provide a solution other than demanding that the borrowers pay the defaulted amounts directly in order to be removed from SIMAH.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
