The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs has completed the consultancy study for the implementation of the real estate registration system in all regions of the Kingdom, as part of the development of the ministry's service programs and the adoption of new systems in which all appropriate technologies are invested and harnessed to serve the country and the citizen, as the real estate registration system works to provide full legal protection for real estate properties and prevent their encroachment, and addresses issues of real estate ownership and duplication, and works to end them.<\/p>\n
To complement this step, the Ministry has started to provide the infrastructure to operate the real-time mobile cadastral monitoring technology around the clock to implement the real estate registration system, as it started working on establishing and implementing (100) cadastral monitoring stations and 12 vertical monitoring stations that work around the clock in all regions of the Kingdom.<\/p>\n
In coordination with the Ministry of Justice, the ministry has prepared a draft future plan for the implementation of the system, which includes a timetable for implementing the system in all regions of the Kingdom, and finalizing the selection of a number of specialized international expertise houses to invite them to compete for the project, according to the draft contract and the list of proposed consultants.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
