Al-Babtain Energy and Telecommunications Company acquired 40,000 square meters in Al-Bawaba Industrial City for a total value of more than 29 million riyals, following the signing of a sales contract with Mashid Al-Arabiya \u2014the owner of the Al-Bawaba Industrial City project. The contract was signed by Eng. Sabah bin Mohammed Al-Mutlaq, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mashid Arabia, and Mr. Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Babtain, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Babtain Energy and Telecommunications.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the signing, Al-Babtain said: \u201cThe support the state provides to the industrial sector underscores the leading role entrusted to it, and this is why we have set out to expand our operations in a way that ensures the sustainability and growth of our investments while maintaining the same level of quality and service we provide. That is why we chose Al-Bawaba Industrial City to establish our newest factories and expand our logistics capabilities.\u201d<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The selection of Al-Bawaba Industrial City came after a thorough study and based on the clear progress we observed in the development work supervised by the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones \u2013 Madin \u2013 as well as the city\u2019s regulatory framework under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry\u2019s Off-Plan Sales Committee, in addition to our confidence that the city will operate at a high level of efficiency and performance<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the same vein, Al-Mutlaq praised Al-Babtain Company\u2019s choice of Al-Bawaba Industrial City, to expand its factories, describing the city as an important destination for establishing factories due to its strategic location south of Riyadh and the major arterial roads connecting it. Furthermore, the availability of land designated for logistics use and land allocated for employee housing are factors that have enhanced the city\u2019s appeal and contributed to its growth. the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n
