The compensation crisis for King Abdullah Road in Najran has come to an end, as three government agencies in the region began serious steps to implement the royal order to pay compensation to the owners of agricultural lands that the road crosses, thus ending the owners' suffering that lasted 11 years since the start of the project, as a result of its implementation before compensating the owners and determining their share of each of them.<\/p>\n
An official source at the Najran branch of the Ministry of Finance explained in a statement to Al-Watan yesterday that a total of 30 million riyals worth of compensation has been disbursed towards 25 transactions, and that the committee formed to end the case is still studying the remaining transactions of applicants for compensation to apply the rules and regulations to them after hosting studies and completing the official documents and documents required to approve the compensation.
