Al Hakimia Real Estate Development Company is working to hand over the first phase of the Mareef residential project in Al Khobar in the Eastern Province in May 2015, after the completion of 60% of the concrete and bone building works, and the commencement of finishing works in the residential villas constituting the project, as part of its series of projects in the real estate development sector in the Eastern Province.
\nThis step of starting the finishing works and handing over the first phase in May comes in accordance with the timetable of the Mareef residential project, which is being developed by Al Hakimia Company, which is committed to the implementation and delivery dates, as the development is expected to be completed by the end of 2015, God willing, to be a new and important addition in the real estate development sector and an important tributary to the housing and real estate development market in the region, by providing full-service residential products in a residential environment that provides a decent life for its residents and cares about after-sales services.
\nThis was explained by Rudan bin Saafaq Al-Duwaish, President of Al Hakimia Real Estate Development Company, who said on this occasion: We thank God Almighty for granting us the opportunity to complete the advanced phase of the structural construction of the Mareef project and start the internal and external finishing works, which is in accordance with the time plan drawn by the company to develop this project, which is considered the tenth in the series of real estate development projects that the company is proud of and has achieved leadership in this field at the level of the Eastern Province.
