\nThe Ministry of Housing has begun implementing and designing more than 140 housing projects as part of its plans that cover all regions of the Kingdom; several ready-built housing units projects have been delivered, and others are being completed as part of 47 projects.
\nThe Ministry noted that it had previously signed contracts to implement 10 land development projects for integrated service model neighborhoods and to carry out infrastructure works, including water and sewage networks, irrigation, electricity and communication lines, lighting, paving, asphalt, landscaping, and gardens, in addition to providing locations for educational, recreational, commercial, and community facilities and mosques, in accordance with planning standards and high technical specifications set by the relevant authorities, ensuring the creation of a vital social environment for the Saudi family. The Ministry emphasized that these lands will be distributed to citizens upon completion of their development, with loans to build upon them. The Ministry is also in the process of signing more projects in all regions.
\nThe ministry explained that the ten projects being implemented will provide more than 50,000 housing units, distributed across the governorates and regions of the Kingdom.
\nIt is worth noting that the Ministry of Housing has confirmed to applicants through the \u201cHousing\u201d electronic portal that they will begin receiving housing products only seven months after submitting their applications, interspersed with the sorting of applications and the examination of priority points before starting the allocation of housing products. It is worth noting that they are continuously acquiring new land and adding it to the production line to pump more projects into the market, indicating that they are working on preparing a program aimed at partnering with the private sector in order to enhance the role of the real estate developer in the housing market and provide housing units at affordable prices for citizens.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
