\nIn preparation for the return of shareholders\u00ab rights after a number of contributions have been stalled for many years, the Real Estate Contributions Committee of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry will hold five public auctions in the coming period to sell the land of stalled real estate contributions that the committee is currently working to liquidate in the regions of Riyadh, Al-Qassim, Mecca, Eastern Region, and Asir.
\n The committee indicated that the lands for the public auctions to be held are located in \u00abShalaala Land\u00bb belonging to Badr Commercial Foundation in the center of Riyadh, two farms belonging to Tamor Kingdom\u2019s contribution in the Baddiyah province, as well as \u00abKhadra Project\u00bb in Mecca belonging to the contribution of Al Jazeera Arabia Company, the contribution of \u00abMarfaq Al-Refa\u2019a\u00bb in Dammam, and the contribution land of \u00abFajar Abha\u00bb belonging to Fajar Office for Real Estate Development and Development on the Suda Road in Abha.
\nThe committee indicated that it had adopted the public auction plan that will be announced successively starting with the \u00abAl-Shalalaat\u00bb plan at the end of next week in Riyadh to sell 106 residential and commercial units occupying an area of more than 95,000 square meters, along a 125-meter stretch on the Madina-Mina road. It was reported that a public auction will be held for two farms owned by Tamor Kingdom, to sell Tamor Kingdom farm with an area of (4,694,910) square meters, and the Al-Salihah farm with an area of (992,700) square meters, while the area of the \u00abFajar Abha\u00bb contribution land (22,676) square meters located on the Abha-Sudah road.
\nShe pointed out that one of the contributions currently being finalized is the contribution of Al-Rifa'a in Dammam, where a public auction will be held to sell a number of remaining educational, health, and commercial facilities in the plan with an area of (39.778) square meters, while another public auction will be announced for the contribution of Al-Khadra to sell a number of residential and commercial lands in the Khadra plan in Makkah.
\nOn the other hand, the Real Estate Contributions Committee announced the start of accepting direct purchase offers for a number of contribution plots, namely \u00abShaza\u2019a Al-Qunafa Contribution Land,\u00bb \u00abDar Al-Aba\u2019a Contribution Land,\u00bb and \u00abMaktal Al-Futur Project\u00bb in Kharg, where they required submitting a direct purchase offer letter containing the total value and the per-square-meter price of the space being offered for sale along with a check for 5 percent of the offer value. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
