\n The Real Estate Committee of the Chamber held a meeting with the Deputy Director of the Applied Studies and Community Service Department at King Saud University for Development and Quality to discuss the development of a diploma in real estate studies that includes real estate activities (marketing, development, financing, and real estate valuation). It was recommended that a working group be formed by the college, the Real Estate Committee, and the Chamber\u2019s training center to study this topic and reach the expected results in developing a diploma in real estate studies at the college. This meeting was held under the chairmanship of Board Member Dr. Hamad bin Ali Al-Shuyyar, in the presence and participation of the Deputy Director of the Applied Studies and Community Service Department at King Saud University, Dr. Ayman bin Abdulaziz Tamim, the College\u2019s Vice Rector, Dr. Samar bin Ahmed Suhla, and the head of the training center, Dr. Mashari bin Saad. .<\/p>\n
The meeting also discussed the topics on the agenda for nominating four members to join the membership of the National Real Estate Committee in the Saudi Chambers Council in its new session starting from 1\/7\/1435H. . <\/p>\n
Professor Hamad Al-Shuwaier called on the owners and managers of real estate offices and companies to contact the Real Estate Committee through the Real Estate Department of the Chamber by providing them with their suggestions, views, and the obstacles they face, so that they can be discussed and studied by the committee and submitted to the relevant authorities for necessary action.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
