In the presence of the Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, M. Osama bin Hassan Al-Afaleq was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Contractors Authority and M. Yasser bin Abdulrahman Al-Duhaim, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, to lead the work in its first session.<\/p>\n
The meeting, which was held at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh, began with a speech by the Minister of Commerce and Industry in which he welcomed the attendees, wishing success to all in achieving the goals and aspirations that would develop the contracting sector in the Kingdom and raise the level of the profession's employees, and the meeting discussed the agenda of the session and the papers presented by the board members.<\/p>\n
It is noteworthy that the Board of Directors consists of M. Osama bin Hassan Al-Afaleq, M. Yasser bin Abdulrahman Al-Duhaim, Dr. Ahmed bin Othman Al-Qasabi, Saeed bin Mohammed Al-Zahrani, Tariq bin Mohammed Al-Fouzan, M. Abdulhakim bin Amer Mustafa, Fahad bin Mohammed Al Hammadi, M. Moaz bin Mohammed Al-Suhaibani, M. Muammar bin Sajdi Al-Atawi, M. The meeting was also attended by a representative of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Qasim.<\/p>\n
It is worth mentioning that the Saudi Contractors Authority was established by Cabinet Resolution No. 510 dated 23\/11\/1436H, which approved the organization of the Authority and granted the Minister of Commerce and Industry the authority to form its first board of directors, whose members should be from those interested in the contracting profession.<\/p>\n
