The five-day course aims to train and develop local professionals capable of working professionally in the field of real estate appraisal in the local market. <\/p>\n
The course covered a number of topics, including an introduction to real estate appraisal, the qualifications required of an appraiser, professional ethics, the real estate market, the fundamentals of appraisal, and the factors affecting the value of properties, as determined through scientific methods and their application in real estate appraisal. <\/p>\n
