The initiative aims to provide between 10,000 and 40,000 plots of land annually over the next five years at prices not exceeding 1,500 riyals per square meter, enhancing ownership opportunities and supporting housing stability for citizens.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative is one of the strategic steps towards developing the urban landscape in the capital and achieving balanced urban development, within the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to raise the quality of life and provide an integrated and sustainable residential
