Announced Royal Commission for Riyadh City<\/a><\/strong> Entitlement results for applications submitted via \u201cEquilibrium Platform<\/a>\u201cThose who qualify move on to the next stage by entering the lottery for this year's available land.<\/p>\n

Applications from citizens who meet the previously announced conditions, including married couples or those over 25 years of age, provided that there is no previous real estate ownership, and that the applicant's residence in Riyadh is not less than three years.<\/p>\n

The Authority explained that applicants can view the results of their applications through their personal accounts in the real estate balance platform, and those eligible to enter the lottery will receive text messages on their phones registered in the platform, and applicants who are not eligible at this stage will be given the right to submit their objections with the attachment of justifications proving that the conditions apply to them starting from today, November 9 until December 8, 2025, where these objections will be considered by a committee formed for this purpose.<\/p>\n

The Authority also announced that those who were qualified at this stage and those whose objections will be accepted later will be included in the list eligible to enter the electronic lottery to select those entitled to purchase the lands, which will be held on December 17, 2025, and supervised by a committee made up of the Ministry of Justice, Riyadh Municipality, the Saudi Data and Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the General Real Estate Authority, and the Royal Commission for Riyadh: The Ministry of Justice, the Riyadh Municipality, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the General Real Estate Authority, and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City.<\/p>\n

On September 11, 2025, the Royal Commission for Riyadh City launched the \u201cReal Estate Balance Platform\u201d (tawazoun.rcrc.gov.In implementation of the generous directives of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may God protect him - to take the necessary measures to achieve balance in the real estate sector in Riyadh, including the Royal Commission for Riyadh City to provide planned and developed residential lands for citizens with between (10,000) to (40,000) thousand pieces annually during the next five years, at prices not exceeding (1,500) riyals per square meter, and the platform represents a digital channel for receiving citizen requests, through which the remaining stages of the electronic lottery procedures and off-plan sales will be carried out.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
