announced Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong> Start the work of Real estate registration<\/a><\/strong> For (5637) real estate pieces in (18) neighborhoods in the Riyadh region, starting from November 23, 2025 AD, corresponding to Jumada II 1447H, until the end of February 26, 2026 AD, corresponding to Ramadan 9, 1447H.<\/p>\n

Neighborhoods benefiting from the cadastre\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Authority explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry at this stage in the Riyadh region include the following neighborhoods in Al-Rayn Governorate: (Uhud neighborhood, Al-Nasifa neighborhood, Al-Ruwama neighborhood, Al-Bada'i neighborhood, Al-Qamash neighborhood, Al-Rayn Al-Ula'a neighborhood, Al-Huwaimel neighborhood, Al-Yamama neighborhood, Al-Qadisiyah neighborhood, Al-Nour neighborhood, Al-Rafiah neighborhood, and Al-Rafaya neighborhood), explaining that the selection of neighborhoods was based on specific criteria, followed by the announcement of the rest of the regions, governorates and neighborhoods that will be subject to real estate registration work in the various regions in the coming periods of the Kingdom.<\/p>\n

The Real Estate Authority pointed out that the first registration of properties in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform https:\/\/rer.sa or through service centers, noting that in-kind registration requires the presence of a title deed that meets the statutory requirements to complete the registration process.
\nThe Authority called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the title deed of the property and the availability of the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, adding that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties stipulated in the real estate registration system, which is determined by a committee specialized in considering violations, and inquiries about registration steps can be made through the Authority's official platforms or by calling the Customer Service Center 199002.<\/p>\n

Starting from the date set for the start of registration, a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered, and the title deed will include property data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations associated with accurate geospatial information to contribute to enhancing the infrastructure and sustainability of the real estate sector, as the real estate registration system aims to raise real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
