The city of Hail is preparing to start in-kind registration of 142,795 real estate parcels across 104 neighborhoods in the city, according to the General Real Estate Authority (GRA), a move to ensure a documented real estate database that contributes to enhancing confidence in the Saudi real estate market.<\/p>\n

According to Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a>The in-kind registration process for more than 142,000 pieces of real estate in Hail city spread across 104 neighborhoods will start on November 23 and continue until the end of February 26, 2026, and registration for the announced neighborhoods will be done electronically.<\/p>\n

In-kind registration is available for these neighborhoods and areas, including: \u201dGranada Neighborhood, Al Nakheel Neighborhood, Al Anwar Neighborhood, Al Murooj Neighborhood, Sharaf Neighborhood, Al Khaleej Neighborhood, Al Majd Neighborhood, Al Aziziyah Neighborhood, Al Andalus Neighborhood, Al Madayn Neighborhood, Mugaida Neighborhood\u201d in Al Hail City via Electronic Land Registry Platform<\/a> or by calling the customer service center at 199002, during the registration period, which lasts for approximately 3 months.<\/p>\n

According to the Public Authority for Real Estate, a number of neighborhoods and areas in Hail City have been announced to start registration, including: \u201cAl-Nafal neighborhood, Al-Rimal neighborhood, Al-Bazmin neighborhood, Al-Matar neighborhood, Ghayyad neighborhood, Al-Qayrawan neighborhood, Al-Zahra neighborhood, Al-Shifaa neighborhood, Al-Faihaa neighborhood, Sadian neighborhood, and Al-Wasita Jewel neighborhood,\u201d and the rest of the 104 neighborhoods and areas will be announced accordingly.<\/p>\n

The Real Estate Authority warned against delays in real estate registration for the announced areas and neighborhoods, calling on property owners in these areas to register on time or they will be subject to financial penalties, and under the registration, each registered property will be issued a number and a title deed.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
