Announced Central Jeddah Development Company<\/a><\/strong> - a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, announced the signing of an investment partnership with Madad Real Estate to develop the Atlantis and One&Only hotels in Jeddah Center Destination<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the third day of the TOURISE Forum in Riyadh, witnessed by His Excellency the Minister of Tourism, Mr. Ahmed bin Aqeel Al-Khatib, and His Excellency the Chairman of Kerzner International, Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Shaibani.<\/p>\n

The agreement was signed by the CEO of Central Jeddah Development Company, Engineer Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Salim, and the President of MEDAD Real Estate Company, Abdul Elah bin Mohammed Al-Aiban.
\nMadad Properties has signed an agreement with Kerzner International, owner of Atlantis and One&Only, to develop and operate the two projects in Jeddah, marking the two luxury hotel brands\u201c first presence in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n

The investment value of the collaboration amounts to more than SAR 7 billion, reflecting the size of the quality investments attracted by the Central Jeddah destination.<\/p>\n

Atlantis Jeddah will feature branded hotel rooms, luxury residences, a water park and integrated leisure facilities, while One&Only Jeddah will feature hotel suites and luxury residences, offering a distinctive beachfront experience on the Red Sea coast.<\/p>\n

\"This partnership is an important step in building a luxury hotel system within the destination, reflecting the global confidence in the Saudi economy and the size of the investment opportunities within the destination, and placing Jeddah in the ranks of the most prominent international destinations on the Red Sea,\" said Engineer Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Sulayem.<\/p>\n

For his part, Abdul Elah bin Mohammed Al-Aiban explained that this partnership comes within the framework of the company's strategy to expand in quality projects with added value, pointing out that the Jeddah Center destination is an ideal model and an attractive environment for investment and the development of quality projects.<\/p>\n
